LEADERSHIP
Rad Johnson
Rad Johnson joined SMS in 2021 and serves as our Vice President of Operations. Rad has been a key member of the SMS team since his start with the company. He boasts over 25 of experience in project management, and with a proven track record in complex project management projects. Rad’s expertise drives our business forward. Rad has delivered successful results with regard to safety, quality, schedule, and budgetary aspects of project execution. He has proven the ability to manage and coordinate numerous independent organizations in various geographical locations to achieve overall project success.
Victor Rodriguez
Victor Rodriguez serves as our Division Manager with over 15 years of experience in industrial construction and maintenance. He oversees division operations and projects from planning through completion, with a strong focus on safety, scheduling, and efficient execution. Victor brings extensive hands-on expertise in pipefitting, heavy rigging, and troubleshooting, along with proven leadership in managing teams, subcontractors, and complex job sites. He is known for his practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality results for clients.
